You’ve hit the jackpot. That’s how we felt since the day we moved in here. When we started looking to move from Manhattan, we were unfamiliar with New Providence, the town wasn’t even on our radar until we came across 19 Division. Immediately, I knew this house was special.

Within blocks from the train station, Kings Grocery, and the best deli in town – you have everything you need just steps away! A picture perfect exterior; beautifully painted blue house, white shutters, window sill planters – the house had us instantly hooked. The inside is just as inviting. You are immediately greeted by an overwhelming amount of natural light from all sides, which was an important factor for us. This house has 4 finished floors, including a finished basement, great office space/bonus room with wall to wall windows, and a newly finished attic done in 2022. Hardware floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of charm!

We enjoy our summer evenings on the back patio, surrounded by our hydrangeas, BBQing, listening to music, and sharing the occasional drink and catch up with our great neighbors.
